Creating quotes allows the user the ability to utilize worksheets for different styles of awnings (Traditional, Dome, Marquee, etc.). Materials can be included in the worksheet for the selected style giving you a  comprehensive costing of the job. (The materials list is preloaded but can be edited to for your specific needs.) Labor is also included in the worksheet which allows you to use a defined labor rate or you can make changes to the rate to fit the situation.

Worksheets for each job can be printed and put into production providing your employees with all the information needed for completion of the job (sizes, material type, material color, valance size and color, and metal required).

CSP also provides several reporting options to provide follow-up on previous quotes, production status to help you see what jobs are in production and when they are to be delivered, sales taxes collected for the month, a materials list, and much more.

Additional modules are available to handle inventory control. This gives you the ability to create Purchase Orders for job materials, know what is due and when, receive materials and maintain the inventory, generate reports to show what you need to order.  To receive a free demo, click here

The invoicing module allows you to take a completed quote and convert it into an invoice from within the application. No additional data entry is required for billing as it is already contained in the original quote information.
